Unfold the bathtub and inflate it using either a hand pump, foot pump, or an electric pump (depending on what you have). Make sure it’s fully inflated and firm enough to hold water without sagging.

Fill the tub about halfway with cold water.
Add ice gradually to the water until the temperature reaches your desired coldness (usually between 50°F to 59°F / 10°C to 15°C for an ice bath).
Use a thermometer if you want to be precise.

Slowly enter the tub to avoid shock from the cold.
Immerse the body part you want to ice, typically up to your waist or chest.
If it’s your first time, start with shorter sessions (5-10 minutes).
